Enersound Cloud AI Interpretation & Captioning System
The Enersound Cloud combines Enersound's wireless audio distribution system with advanced AI technology to deliver real-time simultaneous interpretation, speech translation, and live captioning in over 50 languages. Ideal for churches, conferences, seminars, training sessions, educational institutions, and corporate events, it makes multilingual communication simple and affordable.
Audience members can listen to translations through Enersound wireless receivers or view live translated captions on their smartphones by scanning a QR code—an ideal solution for multilingual audiences and individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Designed for maximum flexibility, Enersound Cloud operates on an affordable pay-as-you-go model, eliminating the high cost of onsite interpreters. When a human interpreter is preferred, the included wireless transmitter and microphone work seamlessly with professional interpreters at no additional platform cost.
The cloud-based platform requires no software installation and can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection and web browser. Its intuitive interface allows for quick setup and easy operation.
This bundle includes a T500-CLOUD 17-channel wireless transmitter and multichannel R-120 receivers for audience members. Support up to 6 simultaneous languages by adding one T500-CLOUD transmitter per additional language, and expand your audience with an unlimited number of receivers.

What is the Enersound Cloud Automatic Speech Translation System?
The system combines Enersound’s wireless FM audio equipment with cloud-based artificial intelligence to provide real-time speech translation, simultaneous interpretation and live captioning. It is designed for churches, conferences, seminars, training sessions, educational institutions, corporate events and other multilingual settings.
Does the system require a human interpreter?
No. Enersound Cloud can automatically translate the speaker’s voice using AI. The system can also be used with a human interpreter when professional interpretation is preferred, using the included MIC-300 headband microphone without additional platform interpretation fees.
How does the automatic translation process work?
A microphone captures the speaker’s voice and sends the audio to a connected computer. Enersound Cloud translates the source language into the selected output language, generates translated audio and sends it to the T500-CLOUD transmitter. The transmitter then broadcasts the translation wirelessly to the audience’s receivers and headphones.
Which languages are supported?
The platform supports automatic interpretation and captioning in more than 50 languages. These include commonly requested languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Hebrew and Turkish.
Can audience members view translated captions on their phones?
Yes. Audience members can scan a QR code to view real-time source and translated captions on their smartphones. This gives users the option to read the translation instead of listening and can also support people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
What is included with the system?
The bundle includes one T500-CLOUD 17-channel transmitter, the selected number of R-120 digital receivers, EAR-120 dual headphones, one MIC-300 headband microphone, connection cables, an Enersound Cloud license, setup and an initial $50 Cloud credit. Packages are available for 10, 25, 50, 75 or 100 listeners.
What equipment is required but not included?
A computer with a stable internet connection, an available USB port and a compatible browser such as Chrome or Edge is required. The computer is not included. A microphone for capturing the main speaker must also be connected either to the computer or through the venue’s PA system.
Are there ongoing fees for automatic translation?
Yes. AI translation operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, so charges depend on actual interpretation usage and current service rates. The system includes an initial $50 Cloud credit. Customers who use their own human interpreter do not pay additional Cloud interpretation fees for that use.
How many listeners and languages can the system support?
One transmitter can broadcast to an unlimited number of compatible receivers. The system initially supports one translated-language channel and can be expanded to as many as six simultaneous languages in the same room by adding one T500-CLOUD transmitter and the necessary connection hardware for each additional language.
What range, battery life and warranty does the system provide?
The T500-CLOUD transmitter can broadcast translated audio up to approximately 500 feet under suitable conditions. R-120 receivers offer up to 55 hours of battery life. The transmitter and receivers are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, while included accessories carry a one-year warranty. Phone support is also available.

Amazing that this is finally a thing
We waited for years for a product like this to exist. We have to either pay for translators, or just tell around Spanish speaking congregants that we still didn't have a way to accommodate them, but with this, not anymore.

Super convenient for any church
As more and more Spanish speakers started coming to our church we realized we couldn’t just make do with our interpreter, so we decided to purchase this system for the automatic translations, and so far, it’s going great. It really takes a load off not having to worry about coordinating with interpreters for every time we need one. Automatic interpretation
We reached out to two other companies before deciding on this system, and they both had a subscription service with an annual fee of thousands of dollars for the service and they didn't even provide the equipment. This Enersound Cloud is very affordable and convenient, and having used it for more than a month I can say that it really does it job well. Plus the support was excellent.
